PERSONAL TRAINING

Helping you refine your movement skills and strengthen your body lies at the heart of my work as your Personal Trainer. The focus of my sessions is always on save and efficient movement. I use different training modalities to create a balanced program that develops strength, agility, mobility, balance, and resilience to meet your stated goals. At the same time, I consider your particular circumstances, whether you are looking to improve your athletic and physical performance or require special considerations due to injury or other factors that may affect your ability to move. I believe that providing a supportive training environment where I can challenge and motivate you is the best way for you to be successful on your movement journey. It is my experience that those who are willing to commit to the work and are open to take chances will experience the most significant transformation in how their body moves and feels. If that sounds like you, you will be able to carry the newly acquired skills and physical confidence into your daily life and favorite activities.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged for the full session.
