PILATES

As a Pilates instructor, I strive to support, educate, and challenge you to become a more refined and stronger mover. In my teaching, I take a contemporary approach that is rooted in the classical repertoire as developed by Joseph Pilates. Using a combination of different equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, as well as various props, allows me to tailor sessions to your specific needs and goals. The breadth of options to set up, progress, and regress exercises and movement sequences makes Pilates well suited for a diverse clientele. I emphasize technique, efficiency, and alignment, while keeping you motivated to help unlock your full movement potential. My work centers around those with specific performance and rehabilitation goals, as well as pre- and postnatal women. Seeing my clients' dedication to their Pilates practice and then being able to witness their physical and mental transformation is, to me, one of the most rewarding aspects of being a teacher.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged for the full session.
